Responsibilities:
The Clinical Trainer delivers engaging and innovating training to clinical supervisors and clinical support staff utilizing various methods to teach and support competent skill and knowledge base to meet the organization’s goals. Training delivery will include design and support of various methods of learning to include but not limited to classroom settings, eLearning simulations, and on-on-one education. The trainer will work closely with clinical supervisors and ancillary services supervisor to support the knowledge and skill base to enable the performance of high-quality patient care.
